I had two different models with pieces needing replacement. Contacting the company to get the parts was easy enough but still a pain. It kinda takes some of the fun out of the build. However, I received the correct wing and just got the replacement gear. If you need to have something fixed definately reach out. I’d say the customer service is pretty good. It’s always a bit taxing to contact customer service but they are responsive and that’s a good thing.
