All products are visually inspected before they are packaged and shipped out.
No matter which reasons, you can put forward a return request in 7 days after you received the goods. Except the defective items, you should return the products to us in the original condition, with any original product packaging, accessories, and manuals.Refunds Conditions

Under below cases, you will get partial refund
- Bought Wrong Items
- Any item more than two weeks after delivery date
- Items that were purchased when they were on clearance sale
Under below cases, you will get $0 refund. But new replacement is ok if you are willing to pay the reshipping fee
- Wrong Address
- Undeliverable Address
- Can not find consignee
- Consignee request pick up the parcel by himself/herself, but did not done it in time.
How To Return the Parcel to us?
If you need to return the products back to us, please contact us first. our email is service@moyustore.com
If the return is due to a product defect or a mistake in processing by us, we will either send a prepaid shipping label, or issue a refund to cover reasonable costs of shipping back to us once the costs are incurred. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items.
It takes about a month to receive the parcel returned oversea. Our team will refund you after we check the parcel within 2 working days and contact you via email. (service@moyustore.com)
Procedure
To initiate the return, refund, or exchange of any products, please contact service@moyustore.com or by using the Contact Us page.
Note: You may be asked for a receipt and/or proof of purchase, along with photographs and/or videos that clearly illustrate any product defects, mistakes in processing, or other issues.
After confirmed, you can get a new replacement or refund within 1-3 working days.
Cancellation Policy
At Moysutore, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Order Cancellation
- Timing: You may cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellations may not be possible.
- How to Cancel:To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at service@moyustore.com with your order number.
2. Cancellation Fees
- Before Processing:If you cancel your order before it has been processed, there will be no cancellation fees.
- After Processing: If your order has already been processed or shipped, you cannot cancel it. But you can return the parcel to us when you receive the parcel. but in this case you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
3. Refunds
- Eligible Cancellations:For orders canceled within the allowed timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 2 business days.
- Non-Eligible Cancellations: If your order has already shipped or is in the processing stage, please refer to our Return Policy for information on how to return the item(s) once received.
4. Exceptions
-Custom Orders: Orders for custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has started. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancellation.
5. Klarna and PayPal Cancellations
- Klarna: If you paid using Klarna and need to cancel your order, we will notify Klarna of the cancellation. Any pending payments or installments with Klarna will be adjusted or canceled accordingly.
- PayPal:For orders paid through PayPal, your refund will be processed via PayPal, and you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal once the refund is issued.
